PF Chang’s lovers, gather round. This healthy, Whole30 lettuce wrap recipe is a MUST. It’s too easy and cheap NOT to try.

1 Lb of ground chicken
1-2 heads of butter lettuce
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
2 cups of chopped bella mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
2 TBSP ground ginger
1 tsp chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
First, heat Olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium high heat. Pour in your coconut aminos. Then Sauté your yellow onions, chopped mushrooms and garlic in the wok until tender. About 10-12 minutes.
Next, throw in your ground chicken and stir and grind until cooked through. Toss in your ginger, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Assemble in butter lettuce cups and top with chopped green onions, lime juice or a sweet and sour Asian sauce. Enjoy!!
